Artisan Baker Required - Part time in DOREEN, Victoria

We are a boutique artisan bakery that uses the best quality natural ingredients and family recipes to produce breads & pastries in a traditional old English wood fired oven.
Reporting to the owners, you will be required to work part time as part of the small team baking quality products. Passionate about baking, you will have the ability to grow and develop with the business.
You will also:
Be a qualified & experienced Baker
Have qualifications and experience in sourdough bread
Have experience in hand moulding
Have a strong OH&S orientation
A friendly and co-operative attitude
Be a hard worker with an ability to achieve daily targets
The successful candidate will be passionate about traditional baking methods, demonstrate a strong sense of team, have effective communication skills, work autonomously & demonstrate problem solving ability.
