DISABILTY SUPPORT WORKER in DOREEN, Victoria
Lifestyle Centred Services focuses on Individualised support and our services are centred on the person. On-going shifts are based in the Doreen area.
Lifestyle is seeking an experienced support worker who will provide support to a young lady whi is in a wheelchair. It is in home support providing respite to the parents.
Shifts
Ongoing shifts: Wednesday 3pm-8pm & Friday 7am-3pm with the potential to pick up other shifts to cover vacant shifts.
Duties will include manual handling, personal care and community access (you need to have current drivers licence). If you are successful there will be shadow shifts followed by training into the care needs of the client.
Desired Qualifications:
Qualifications and/or experience in Disability, Aged Care or experience with on-hands care.
You will be energetic, self-motivated, committed and reliable, and patient in supporting people with daily activities within the home and personal care.

Mandatory:
Current, clear Police check
Level 2 first aid or prepared to obtain
Drivers Licence
